Katherine Dominguez graduated from Amherst College with a degree in environmental studies. and lived  California to expand on her education and joined the solar industry. As a native New Yorker, she enjoyed the warm climate and elevated her experience as a marketing coordinator and analyst within 2 solar firms. In both roles, Katherine, utilized statistical analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. While offering an analytical skill set in the construction of intricately outlined blueprints to support and align digital and social media interactive campaign objectives. As a result, Katherine was able to make a contribution to the movement in the west coast and make a difference towards clean energy adoption measures for California.


After solar became increasingly popular, Katherine returned home to the Big Apple to expand the sustainability movement with a combination of socio-economic, environmental and a combination of research analysis considerations to foster progressive community outreach. Today, Katherine is the Interactive Research Analyst Director for NY State Sustainable Corp., and is dedicated to her work as an environmentalist to aid and support the local communities and New York State’s mandate of reaching the state’s sustainability goals.


As a sustainability passionate millennial, Katherine strives to have her own business in the future. On her downtime, she really enjoys visiting museums, walking her dog in the park, and as a foodie, delighting on the wonderful cuisines of New York.
